Could you be a workplace chaplain?

Who we look for

You'll have a mature Christian faith and be the sort of person who is neither judgmental nor easily shocked. There isn’t an upper age limit, but chaplaincy often involves long periods standing or walking around, and some the places we visit involve stairs and can be both hot and noisy.

We look for people who are good listeners and able to spare a few hours each week to visit businesses in the Black Country.

We will ask your church minister for a reference and provide whatever training is necessary. Our training course is five sessions long, and you’ll have the opportunity to accompany a chaplain as they make a workplace visit.
